Design Freezing & Sample Tooling
Before any physical manufacturing begins, a finalized digital blueprint is submitted to the client for formal verification. Once this file is confirmed and signed off, the design is legally frozen. A mold is then machined to produce real physical prototypes. Because industrial tool-machining is permanent, any design modifications requested after this stage require a new mold asset.
Target Market Testing & Compliance
