What best describes your project asset level today?
I have an unbuilt concept (Sketch, AI Render, or Reference Image).
Your Route: New Shape Development – Concept Track
Next Step: Our design team translates your visuals into production-ready engineering drawings and master plaster models. We handle the mold fabrication and manage series production.
I have finalized technical drawings/3D files and need a manufacturer.
Your Route: New Shape Development – Professional Track
Next Step: This fast-tracks your timeline. We move your files directly into mold-making and prototyping, bypassing the concept development phase entirely.
I need custom branding but want to avoid new mold investments.
Your Route: Existing Form Personalization
Next Step: Select from our extensive library of pre-tooling shapes. We customize the run using premium glazes, advanced surface decorations, and custom packaging.
I require standard, non-customized ceramics in bulk.
Your Route: Direct Catalogue Sourcing
Next Step: Submit your required shapes, glazes, and volume targets. Our team will issue a direct wholesale quotation based on factory availability.
Development process
From your first image to finished product
Most clients come to us with a render, a reference photo, or an idea. Our development process is designed to start from wherever you are.
Project Consultation
We review your concept, references, or drawings and recommend the most suitable manufacturing rout for your objectives, timeline, and budget.
Starting point: sketch, render, reference image, or drawing
Technical development
We develop production-ready engineering files – 2D technical drawings or 3D models – from your supplied concept or drawings.
For experienced buyers with own drawings: this stage is shortened or skipped.
Mold and Model Making
New molds are fabricated to your approved technical specifications. Not required for existing shape projects.
New mold route only.
Prototype validation
Fired and glazed samples are produced and submitted for your review and approval before series production is authorised.
No series production begins without client sign-off.
Series Production
Full production runs executed to your approved specifications and agreed milestones.
Glazing & Finishing
Glaze application, decal, hand-painting, or metallic detailing carried out to your specification.
Only for personalised projects
Quality control
Each production batch undergoes dimensional,
glaze, and visual inspection against approved samples before packaging.
Packaging & Delivery
Products are packed to your specification – standard bulk, branded inner cartons, or retail-ready packaging – and dispatched per agreed logistics terms.

Materials
Which ceramic material is right for your project?
The ceramic material defines the product’s weight, texture, durability, and price positioning. We work across all major clay bodies — your choice depends on your product category, end-use application, and market positioning.
Earthenware
Fired at lower temperatures, earthenware has a warm, rustic character and is typically heavier with a more porous body. Widely used for decorative pieces, lifestyle objects, and certain tableware categories. Generally the most accessible price point.
Stoneware
Fired at higher temperatures than earthenware, stoneware is denser, more durable, and non-porous when glazed. The material of choice for everyday tableware, kitchenware, and petware — robust enough for dishwasher and microwave use in most applications.
Porcelain
The most refined clay body — fired at the highest temperatures, producing a smooth, translucent, low-porosity material with a premium hand-feel. Suited to fine tableware, cosmetic packaging, and luxury lifestyle objects. Higher production cost reflects the material quality and firing precision required.

Frequently Asked
Buying questions
Should I develop a new shape or work with an existing one?
A new shape is recommended when your product silhouette is central to your brand identity, you require exclusive ownership, or you are planning long-term series production. Existing shape customization is the more efficient route when time to market is critical, investment needs to remain controlled, or an existing shape already meets your functional requirements. If you are uncertain, share your brief and we will recommend the most practical route.
Can I start from an AI render, product sketch or reference photo?
Yes. Most clients come to us without technical drawings. We develop production-ready engineering files and molds from renders, sketches, reference images, or physical samples, subject to feasibility review. Professional buyers with their own technical drawings can skip this stage entirely.
When is a custom shape worth the investment?
A custom shape becomes commercially justified when your planned production volumes, long-term product roadmap, or brand differentiation requirements outweigh the initial mold-making cost. For premium tableware, hospitality, and gifting categories, a proprietary silhouette often becomes a durable brand asset. We can help you model the break-even point for your specific volume and market.
How can I shorten my time to market?
The fastest route is existing shape with glaze and decoration – no mold development required. If you need a new shape, having your own technical drawings ready at project start significantly shortens the development timeline. Consolidating your glaze, decoration, and packaging requirements into a single brief also removes delays caused by sequential approvals.
Which decoration techniques suit my product?
Technique selection depends on the product category, surface form, production volume, and budget. Underglaze decoration suits durable everyday tableware. Overglaze decals allow detailed multi-colour graphics. Hand-painting suits limited or premium collections. Gold and platinum rim lining adds a luxury finish for gifting and hospitality lines. We advise on the most suitable technique once we have reviewed your product and brand brief.
Do you produce in Europe or China?
Both. We work with ceramic suppliers in Europe and China and recommend the most suitable origin based on your specification, required certifications, budget, and timeline. Let us know if production origin is a fixed requirement for your project and we will advise accordingly.
What information is needed before requesting a quotation?
The more detail you provide, the more accurate our initial response. Useful information includes: product type and application, target dimensions and capacity, required quantity, glaze and decoration preferences, packaging requirements, and any artwork or reference images. A rough volume indication is sufficient to start — we will ask the right questions from there.
Is my custom design protected?
Absolutely. Every custom development project is backed by strict exclusivity terms. Your custom shape is produced solely for your brand and will never be made available to another client or market competitor under any circumstances.
